pk080 Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" refers to pk080, the online casino and sports betting service accessible at pk080.bio and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on pk080 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the pk080 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their pk080 wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched funds credited by pk080 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to a Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal may be requested.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by pk080 before processing withdrawal requests or activating full account functionality.

• You are acting of your own free will and in a recreational capacity;
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

pk080 employs age verification checks at registration and at the withdrawal stage. If age or identity cannot be satisfactorily confirmed, the account will be suspended and any Real Money Balance held pending completion of KYC review.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pk080. Duplicate accounts — whether registered in the same name, under a different name, or using different contact details — are strictly prohibited. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification, your full legal name, date of birth, and a password meeting pk080's minimum security requirements.

Before a withdrawal request may be processed, and in certain circumstances before a deposit may be accepted, pk080 will require completion of a KYC verification process. This may include submission of one or more of the following documents:

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

All promotions are governed by this Agreement and by the specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pk080 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus requirements will be cancelled upon expiry;
• Bonus funds may only be used on games explicitly listed as eligible within the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements;
• pk080 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, irregular betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

• Winnings from sports betting are credited to your Real Money Balance upon settlement of the relevant market.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk080 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name or date of birth;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with pk080 games, betting markets, or the platform interface;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games or multi-player game formats;
• Laundering funds through the platform, including layering deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk080 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Any other activity that pk080 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

In all cases where pk080 is found liable under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of pk080 to any single player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
